It has now been officially confirmed that Erasure's excellent new album Nightbird will be released in the UK on Monday 24th January 2005.

The Erasure Show To Kick-off In Belfast

The Tank, The Swan & The Balloon DVD Release Delayed

The UK release date for the forthcoming live The Tank, The Swan & The Balloon DVD has sadly been put back until 22nd November. This is due to last minute improvements in the visual quality of the DVD footage. The US release date has been delayed until 7th December.

Danish Tour Date Sold Out!

Well the extra dates are coming thick and fast now! It has now been confirmed Erasure will be visiting Denmark as part of the upcoming tour entitled The Erasure Show. The band will play the Vega Venue on the 24th March 2005. All tour dates and ticket purchasing info can be found here.

Six German Dates Added To Nightbird Tour

Six German concerts have now been added to The Nightbird Tour, which commence in March 2005 after the UK leg of the tour. Tickets for these concerts go on sale from Monday 20th September. For more details, including venues and dates, click here.

Additional Dublin Date Added To The Nightbird Tour

The Tank, The Swan & The Balloon DVD Confirmed

After many years of waiting is has been confirmed that there will be a DVD release of The Tank, The Swan & The Balloon. Originally recorded at the Manchester Apollo in 1992, the concert was part of the Phantasmagorical Entertainment Tour. The DVD will be released on 25th October and will be comprised of two discs, with the second disc containing exclusive footage. An American NTSC release is also planned.

2005 UK & Ireland Tour Dates Announced

Track Details Revealed For Forthcoming Albums

During Saturday's EIS '04 event details were revealed for the forthcoming acoustics album as well as the new album Nightbird. The four confirmed song for the acoustic album of old album tracks are Home, Piano Song, Spiralling and Tenderest Moments. Nightbird will contain tracks called Let's Take One More Rocket To The Moon, Here I Go Impossible Again and All This Time Still Falling Out Of Love and the single Breathe.
