New Band Interviews Online

Erasure's official website has now published a new interview with Andy and Vince which is available as an audio file and written transcript. In the interview, the band discuss the forthcoming new album Nightbird, the upcoming tour, the acoustic album and other future projects. The interview is available to read here. Website Pink Channel Hamburg will also be publishing a German interview with Andy Bell this week.

Second Single From Nightbird Confirmed

Andy has revealed in a recent interview that the second single from Erasure's forthcoming Nightbird album will be the track called Don't Say You Love Me. He also stated that the band will perform 27 songs on the upcoming tour, with several tracks from Nightbird being performed as well as some old Erasure album tracks. Breathe Video Now Viewable Online

You can now watch the full video to Erasure's forthcoming single Breathe over the internet. The video is available in both Real Media and Windows Media formats and can be viewed on the official EIS website.

Breathe Digital Single Available For Download

You can now download the digital single of Breathe from various online outlets. The single includes the Radio Mix of Breathe and some exclusive artwork associated with the single. The single costs just £1 (approx. US$1.90) and can be purchased directly from the EIS Digital Downloads Page. It is hoped enough copies of this digital single can be sold to get Erasure into the Top 20 Downloads Chart, which is played every Wednesday at 6pm (GMT) on BBC Radio 1.

Breathe US Maxi Single To Get Exclusive Mix

The North American Maxi Single release of Breathe (which is released on 18th Jan) features an exclusive remix from Pete Heller. The release will also include the two original b-sides entitled Gone Crazy and Mr Gribber And His Amazing Cat as well as other remixes.

Breathe Audio Clip On MSN Music Website

A short clip of the Breathe Radio Mix is now available to listen to on the MSN Music website. The radio mix is extremely similiar to the album version and shows off the quality you should expect from the forthcoming Nightbird album, which is out in January.

US Release Dates For New Album And Single Confirmed

It has been officially confirmed that Erasure's new single Breathe will be released in the USA on 18th January, with the new album Nightbird following on the 25th January.

Breathe Release Date And Tracklisting Revealed

It has been revealed that new single Breathe will be released in the UK on the 3rd January 2005. Like with the singles from Other People's Songs and Hits!, Breathe will be released on two CDs and a DVD. Included on these are remixes of Breathe by LMC and Manhattan Clique, the full video to Breathe, two new original b-sides and some CD-ROM software that allows you to remix Breathe on your own PC!
