New Single Love You To The Sky Out Now

17 March 2017

Well, that all happened rather quickly! Yesterday the lead single from the forthcoming World Be Gone album got its first ever radio play on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2 (Andy was also interviewed – if you missed it, you can hear it here) and less than 24 hours later the song, entitled Love You To The Sky is available as a one-track download from the usual online retailers.

If that wasn't enough, an official lyric video has also been released for those who like to sing along (lyrics can also be found here):

If previous lead singles from The Violet Flame and Tomorrow's World are anything to go by, a CD single of Love You To The Sky will follow in a few weeks which should contain extra remixes and hopefully a b-side too.

So, what do people think of the new single? Place your vote in the Quick Poll.

  1. As far as first singles go, it reminds me of a mixture of between In my arms and I could fall in love with you, very average and very basic, the lyrics sound like they were written in 5 minute’s on the back of a cigarette packet, hugely disappointed, for all those who hated Frankmusik and Richard X, because their production didn’t sound like Erasure, well done, you got the Erasure self produced album you wanted, be careful what you wish for

  2. Liking the the new single it’s a grower.just wondering with the album will there be a deluxe version as erasure always seem to do two versions . With remixes or an extra couple of songs as with lateotw. And tomorrow’s world .seems to be a theme here with world be gone ? Anyway can’t wait to hear the full album when released in may.
